PROJECT / EQUIPMENT TITLE:
Rodman- Masonry Repair of Building

TOTAL PROJECT / EQUIPMENT COST (must be at least $5,000): $275,000

DESCRIPTION:

Repair of mortar joints of the Rodman Building. This request would supplement prior request

which is currently underfunded. Engineering and design is needed to determine best solution
to failing joints.

PURPOSE AND JUSTIFICATION:

The mortar joints on the exterior of the Rodman building have railed, resulting in water leaks.
Repair is needed to avoid damage to the building and its contents.
