                                     ADDENDA TO

                                  JOANNE BOUCHER
                             EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
                            April 14, 2014— JUNE 30, 2015

 The attached Employment Contract covering the period April 14, 2014— June 30,
 2015 is hereby amended as follows:

 1.       EMPLOYMENT- The Canton Public Schools hereby employs Ms. Boucher
         as the Team Chairperson for the Galvin Middle School and Ms. Boucher
         (hereinafter referred to as the "Team Chair") hereby accepts such
         employment subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter provided.
 2.      TERM — The term of this Contract is for the remainder of the current
         school year (2014-15) commencing, October 1, 2014 and running through
         June 30, 2015. The Superintendent and the Team Chair provided either
         has notified the other in writing of their desire to commence negotiations
         for a successor agreement, will endeavor to reach agreement on a
         successor contract on or before July 1, 2015.
3.       WORK YEAR- The position requires 183 days of work, which shall include
         all days that school is in session unless otherwise approved by the
         Superintendent. The Team Chair may need to work additional days to
         fulfill her responsibilities. The superintendent authorizes her to access up
         to five additional days (if needed) to complete expectations after the last
         school day of the year or prior to the new school year. Those days will be
         mutually agreed upon by the Director of Student Services and the Team
         Chairperson and will be compensated at the per diem rate (1/183).

4.       COMPENSATION — Sentence to be amended to read:
         Effective October 1, 2014 salary shall be $79,000.
