7:00 - 7:05:   Annual reorganization of the Finance Committee to elect the Chair and Vice
               Chair.

7:05 - 7:50: Consider year end Reserve Fund budget transfer reguests as follows:
               $100,000.00 - Dept 151 Town Counsel
               $ 85,000.00 - Dept 210 Police
               $ 51,000.00 - Dept 231 Ambulance Service / Fire
               $ 7,000.00 - Dept 422 Street Lighting
               $ 2,463.00 - Dept 841 Norfolk Agricultural School Assessment
               $ 58,432.39 - COVID19 CARES FEMA Grant
               $296,104.61 - Dept 423 Snow & Ice
               $600,000.00 = Total in Finance Committee Reserve Fund

               Consider year end Departmental budget transfer reguests as follows:

             elected officials for consideration at the May 2027 Annual Town Meeting.

8:00 - 8:10:           Discuss whether to engage with the School Administration in joint efforts to
                       reword the name of the Special Education Reserve account and how it is
                       presented at the next Annual Town Meeting.

8:10 - 8:20:           Discuss whether to review the appropriate level of detail that should be
                       reflected in Finance Committee meeting minutes.

8:20 - 8:30: Discuss the format for upcoming Finance Committee meetings.
