         Discuss the following FY24 Municipal Budget Requests and Articles

7:00     Article 17 – Recommendations of the Community Preservation Committee (CCPC) – Shaun Chu &
         John McSweeney, Co-Chairs and Allison Neff, CCPC Administrator.

7:30     Discussion - School and Municipal Operating Target Budgets.

7:45     Vote the following Articles:

         Article 17 Motions 1, 2 & 3 – Community Preservation Committee.
         Article 13 – Supplement Ch. 90 Program – proposed $750,000 from Free Cash – funds to be available in FY23.
         Article 7 Motion 1 – Town Clerk Salary - $104,101.
         Article 6 – Personal Service Contracts under Select Board – Indefinitely Postpone.
         Article 11 – Insurance Proceeds – Indefinitely Postpone.
         Article 12 – Accept Laws enacted by the General Court – Indefinitely Postpone.
         Article 14 – Supplement Community Recognition Funding – Indefinitely Postpone.

8:00     Discuss – Sub-Committee Report and Recommendations – Elected Officials Compensation – Cindy Thomas
                 Follow up information from Town Counsel
                 Compensation Tier Modeling

Old Business: Review remaining Finance Committee Schedule.

Approval of Minutes:           Finance Committee Minutes – February 22, March 1, and March 6, 2023.

Next Meeting Date:             March 15, March 22, March 29, 2023 and April 5 meeting to be rescheduled.
