7:00 PM Reorganization of the Finance Committee
7:10 PM FY 2024 – Budget Deficits – Reserve Fund Transfer Requests:
1. $425,000 – School Department – SPED costs and associated Transportation
Costs. Brian Lynch – Asst. Superintendent of Finance and Operations and
Randy Scollins – Finance Director.
2. $12,000 – Elections & Registrars – Expenses related to unplanned Special
Town Meeting (STM) in November 2023 and requirement to expand from six
to seven voting precincts.
3. $4,000 – Town Clerk – Expenses related to unplanned STM in November
2023.
