Regarding FY20 budget & status of Building Renovation Project.

Article 2, Motion 2 – Adopt Rules to Govern Town Meeting - Non-Resident List.
Article 8 – Pay Prior Year Bills.
Article 12, Motion 10 – Reopen the previous vote – from $385,000 to $235,000.
Article 15 – Insurance Proceeds greater than $150,000.
Article 17 – Increase Stabilization Fund.
Article 19, Motion 9 – Community Preservation Committee Recommendation - $200,000 Bolivar Pool.
Article 21 – Special Tax Agreement with Spear Street Capital.
Article 28 – Adopt Chapter 337 of the Acts of 2018 – Reopen vote and discuss a revised motion.
Article 31 – Acceptance of Cedarcrest Road Extension as a Town Way.
Article 32 – Acceptance of Beatrice Way as a Town Way.
Vote – To recommend Dan Cole to be the Finance Committee Representative on the
Water & Sewer Rate Committee (in order for the BOS to appoint Mr. Cole to the W & S Rate Committee)
Minutes to be Approved: February 25, 2019, March 11, 2019, March 13, 2019 and March 18, 2019.
