7:00 PM            Call Meeting to Order (Minutes Primary/Alternate: Tim McKenna / Cindy Thomas)

New Business:

7:05 PM            Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining or
                   litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position
                   of the public body and the chair so declares.
                   Roll Call Vote to enter into Executive Session.

7:15 PM            Meeting will reconvene in Open Session (time is approximate)

                   Discussion with Charlie Aspinwall, Town Administrator

                   1)    Reserve Fund Transfer Request – LED Lighting Project shortfall - $10,050

                   2)    Snow & Ice Budget (Dept. #423) - Discussion of potential $200,000 deficit & source of funds
                         to cover the shortfall

                   3)    FY18 Municipal Budget
