CLEANING - 5x/weekly:
Entryways, Family Room, Offices, Hallways, Kitchen, Game Room, Conference Room
- Empty and clean all trash containers. Dispose trash in designated location.
- Wash trash containers as needed
- High and low dusting- as needed
- Picking up trash/debris in the exterior area immediately in front of the entryway
- Vacuum of all carpeted areas
- Floor cleaning (dry and wet mop)
- Clean counters, sinks, tables, chairs
- "Spot" cleaning windows, walls, baseboards, doors, door frames, door knobs, light switches, exterior
of refrigerators and appliances, cabinets, partitions
- Replace paper towels and soap as needed in all dispensers
- High dust ceiling vents, ledges, door closers, baseboards-as needed
- Dust all walls, wall hangs, and mini blinds-as needed
Bathrooms
- Floor cleaning
- Clean windows, mirrors, stall partitions, hardware
- Sanitize toilet and sinks and surrounding area
