         Article 9 – Adjust Fiscal ’23 Accounts.
         Article 10 – Authorize Certain Revolving Funds.
         Article 19 – Increase Capital Stabilization Account - $1,000,000.
         Article 20 – 27 Neponset Street Land Acquisition - $320,000.
         Article 27 – Sustainability/Climate Action & Related Activities.
         Article 28 – Formation of a Sustainability Action Plan Steering Committee & Initial Steps for the Creation of a
                      Sustainability Action Plan.
         Article 2 Motions 1-3 – Adopt Rules to Govern Town Meeting.

7:45     Update - School and Municipal Operating Target Budgets – Randy Scollins.
