7:05 PM           Discuss with School Department the FY21 School operating budget.
                  Discuss Article 18 - Increase the Special Education Reserve Account.
                  Discuss Article 39 – Reimbursement of Transportation Costs for Students in
                  Foster Care.
                  Discuss any other school-related business.
                  Dr. Jen Fischer-Mueller, Superintendent & Barry Nectow, School Business Administrator.
8:00 PM           Discuss Free Cash Certification as of July 1, 2019:
                  General Fund: $5,731,060
                  Sewer Enterprise Fund: $2,239,897
                  Water Enterprise Fund: $1,357,137
                  Rink Enterprise Fund: $76,980

                  Discuss Revenues and Expenditures Forecast for FY21.

                  Discuss and Vote Municipal FY21 Operating Budget target number.
                  Discuss and Vote School FY21 Operating Budget target number.

                  Discuss Warrant Articles & Article Sponsors to be invited to Finance Committee meetings.

                  Vote – Article 18 – Increase the Special Education Reserve Account.

Other Business:

                  Discuss posting of Documents to the Finance Committee Website:
                  FY2020 Base Annual Salary Report/CY2019 Gross Annual Salary Report
                  (with or without names)
                  Mitigation Accounts Summary – (last report on Finance Committee website is June 2018)
