PLANNING BOARD 
June 17, 2026

Also Present: Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant 
Chair McCarthy called to order the Planning Board Meeting of June 17, 2026 at 
6:30 P.m. 
Chair McCarthy welcomed everyone to the Planning Board meeting of June 17, 2026. We are 
meeting in the Salah Room at Memorial Hall and Canton Cable is broadcasting. Mr. Maffie is 
not present tonight. 
A motion was made by Mr. Quigley and seconded Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. 
All in Favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
First Item on the Agenda (1) Bond/surety release for Canton Reserve 
Jessica Marsh of Toll Brothers introduced herself and is here tonight for a Bond Release. The 
streets have been accepted; all work has been completed and approved; and all trees were 
planted and been paid for. She is requested the Release of the $rM bond and the $68,000 
Bond. 
A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded Mr. Quigley to Release the two (2) 
bonds currently being held by the Planning Board. All in Favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
Next Item on the Agenda (2) Review & Approval of Juneg, 2026 Minutes 
A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded Mr. Quigley to Approve the Minutes of 
June 3, 2026. All in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
Next Item on the Agenda (a) Discussion of Summer Schedule (July & August 
The Board discussed the meeting dates for July and August. The Board will meet on July 15:h 
and August 19th. If anything comes in and needs attention, we can add a meeting.
