Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM 
The Chair noted the meeting is being recorded by Canton Community Television 
Vice Chair Patricia Boyden not present 
The Chair read statement about Public Comment 
Time was provided for attendees to discuss items not on the agenda 
Brenda Sweeney, Canton provided comment to the Board. 
Public Hearing regarding the application for the Alteration of Premises and Transfer of a Section 15 All 
Alcohol Liquor License from New Cobb Corner Liquor Inc., 95 Washington St. Unit 404 to Shaw's 
Supermarkets, Inc., 95 Washington St., Canton, MA 02021 
Clerk reads the Public Hearing notice into the record 
Motion was made that the Board open the Public Hearing 
Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Mr. M. Loughran Vote: 4-0 
Attorney Nick Zozula and Ms. Zulmira Comeau, Store Manager were before the Board. They were 
requesting a transfer of a Section 15 All Alcohol Liquor License from New Cobb Corner Liquor Inc, which is 
located in the same plaza. This will be the 9th liquor license for Shaws corporation, There was a discussion 
about hours of operation and location of aisles of alcohol. It was noted all paperwork is in order, The 
discussion continued. 
Motion was made that the Board close the Public Hearing 
Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Mr. M. Loughran Vote: 4-0 
Motion was made that that the Board approve the application for the Alteration of Premises and Transfer 
of a Section 15 All Alcohol Liquor License from New Cobb Corner Liquor Inc., 95 Washington St. Unit 404 to 
Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., 95 Washington St., Canton, MA 02021
