Harrington Also Present: Charles Doody, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM The Chair noted the meeting is being recorded by Canton Community Television The Chair read statement about Public Comment Time was provided for attendees to discuss items not on the agenda Kathleen Howley, Canton; Brenda Sweeney, Canton; Johnathan Comeau, Attleboro; Jack Carney, Canton; Helen Mancuso, Canton; Peter Murphy, Marshfield all provided comments to the Board. Public Hearing regarding the application for a new Section 12 General On -Premises Wine and Malt License for Blue Hill Recreation LLC dba Blue Hills Ski Area located at 4001 Washington St., Canton, MA 02021 Clerk reads the public hearing notice into the record Motion was made that the Board open the Public Hearing Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Geoffrey Homer of Blue Hills Recreation was before the Board to request a liquor license at the Ski area. It was noted that all paperwork is in order. There was a discussion. Motion was made that the Board close the Public Hearing Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Motion was made that the Board approve the application for a new Section 12 General On -Premises Wine and Malt License for Blue Hill Recreation LLC dba Blue Hills Ski Area located at 4001 Washington St., Canton, MA 02021 Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Consider the vote of the acceptance of MWRA Local Financial Assistance of $1,058,210 towards Phase III 5 Year Sewer Capital Improvement Plan Randy Scollins, Finance Director was before the Board noting this is a MWRA Grant, which Mr. Mike Trotta applied for sewer projects.
