Minutes October 28, 2025 7:00 PM Meeting Memorial Hall, 801 Washington St., Canton, MA Chair John R. McCourt I Vice -Chair Patricia M. Boyden Clerk Christopher M. Albert I Member Michael C. Harrington Also Present: Charles Doody, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM The Chair noted the meeting is being recorded by Canton Community Television The Chair read statement about Public Comment Time was provided for attendees to discuss items not on the agenda Brenda Sweeney, Canton; Peter Murphy, Marshfield; Jon Comeau, Attleboro, all provided comments to the Board. Motion was made that the Board approve the application for the Change of Manager for the Ponkapoag Civic Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Public Hearing regarding the application to amend a Section 12 All Alcohol Liquor License -Change of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers and Management/Operating Agreement and Alteration of Premises on the license held by The Wampatuck Country Club of Canton located at 99 Pleasant Garden Road, Canton, MA 02021 Clerk reads the Public Hearing Notice into the record Motion was made that the Board open the Public Hearing Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Motion was made that the Board close the Public Hearing Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Motion was made that the Board approve the application to amend a Section 12 All Alcohol Liquor License -Change of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers and Management/Operating Agreement and Alteration of Premises on the license held by The Wampatuck Country Club of Canton located at 99 Pleasant Garden Road, Canton, MA 02021 Motion: Mr. C. Albert Second: Ms. T. Boyden Vote: 5-0 Human Resource Department Update Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director was before the Board to give a department update. She continued her presentation noting her department does all recruitment and onboarding of new employees, they handle all school employees with benefits and Insure all policies are following guideline.
