Harrington Also Present: Charlie Doody, Town Administrator; Randy Scollins, Finance Director; Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director Motion was made by the Chair to call the meeting to order at 6:00 PM, seconded by Ms. Boyden Roll call vote 4-0 Ms. S. Harrington Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Ms. P. Boyden Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Mr. Chris Albert not present for Executive Session Motion was made to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Canton Police Association MCOP Local 374) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; and Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non union personnel (Interim Police Chief) roll call vote 4-0 seconded by Mr. McCourt Roll call vote 4-0 Ms. S. Harrington Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Ms. P. Boyden Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Town Administrator Charlie Doody updated the Board on the negotiations with the Canton Police Association MCOP Local 374 Union. The discussion continued.
