Also present: Charlie Doody, Town Administrator; Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director Motion was made by the Chair to call the meeting to order at 6:00 PM, seconded by Ms. Boyden Roll call vote 4-0 Ms. S. Harrington Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Ms. P. Boyden Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Mr. Chris Albert not present for Executive Session Motion was made by the Chair that Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Superior Officers) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non union personnel (Interim Police Chief) seconded by Ms. Boyden Roll call vote 4-0 Ms. S.
