PLANNING BOARD
WEDNESDAY, April 17, 2024
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Present: Patricia McDermott, Chair
David McCarthy, Vice Chair
Kathy McCormack, Clerk
Jim Quigley, Member
Sean Robinson, Member
Chair McDermott called to order the Planning Board ("Executive Session")
Meeting of April 17, 2024 at 8:0o p.m. All in favor, Motion Approved 5-0.
Chair McDermott explained that the "Code of Conduct' that was emailed to the Town from the
Select Board, is not legally binding, and we are an elected Board.
Chair McDermott also discussed the Stormwater Group and their desire to get rid of Mr.
Houston and have all reviews done in-house. The Board agreed with keeping the Stormwater
section of reviews in house, since the Town has hired a Stormwater Manager. The Board
agreed while having some reviews done through the Engineering Department, we need to keep
Mr. Houston for some reviews and do not want him to leave,
A Motion to Adjourn Executive Session was made by Chair McDermott and
seconded by Ms. McCormack. All in Favor, Motion Approved 5-0.
