Connolly j Clerk Michael C. Loughran I Member Christopher M. Albert I Member John R. McCourt Also Present: Charles E. Doody, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Also present: Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director, Mr. Randy Scollins, Finance Director Motion was made to go to Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Superior Officers Union) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares was called to order at 5:02 PM Roll call vote 5-0 Mr. C. Albert Affirmative Mr. J. Connolly Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Mr. T. Theodore Affirmative Mr. Theodore and Mr. Albert recused and left the room.
