Loughran I Member Christopher M. Albert I Member John R. McCourt Also Present: Charles E. Doody, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Also present: Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director, Fire Chief Wendell Robery Meeting called to order at 3:00 PM by Chair and recessed to Executive Session. It was noted Mr. Chris Albert was not in attendance Motion was made to go to Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (IAFF-Fire Union) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares Roll call vote 4-0 Mr. J.
