Select Bard Executive Session Minutes January 23, 2024 6:00 PM Memorial Hall, Salah Meeting Room 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Present: Chair Thomas W. Theodore I Vice Chair John J. Connolly Clerk Michael C. Loughran I Christopher M. Albert I John R. McCourt Also Present: Charles E. Doody, Town Administrator, Jennifer Kemalian, Executive Assistant, Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary, Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director, Fire Chief Wendell Robery Motion was made to go to Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Superior Officers, IAFF-Flre Union) was called to order at 6:00 PM if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares. Roll call was taken and each answered in the affirmative Mr. Albert Affirmative Mr. Connolly Affirmative Mr. McCourt Affirmative Mr. Loughran Affirmative Mr. Theodore Affirmative IAFF-Fire Union Mr. Theodore and Mr. Albert left the room for Executive Session matter of Superior Officers. Ms. Kemalian left the room and Mr. Doody entered for the next matter.
