Connolly Clerk Michael C. Loughran I Christopher M. Albert I John R. McCourt Also Present: Charles E. Doody, Town Administrator, Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary, Attorney Paul DeRensis, Town Counsel. Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Vertex); to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate (land around town owned wells; 27 Neponset Street; 293 York); if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body was called to order at 6:22 PM. Mr. Doody updated the Board on 27 Neponset Street, noting he continued the discussion with the seller, about the town purchasing the property. The discussion continued about the purchase and sale agreement and the selling price of $335,070. The discussion continued. Motion was made that the Board use $10,570 out of mitigation to close gap to close the deal on purchase of 27 Neponset St. Roll call was taken and each answered In the affirmative Mr. C.
