Select Board Executive Session Minutes February 14, 2023 Memorial Hall, Salah Meeting Room 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Present: Chair John J. Connolly I Vice Chair Lisa R. Lopez Clerk Thomas W. Theodore I Christopher J. Connolly I Michael C. Loughran Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Kirby Drive) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares was called to order at 6:20 PM. Roll call was taken and each answered in the affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Ms. L. Lopez Affirmative Mr. C. Connolly Affirmative Mr. T. Theodore Affirmative Mr. J. Connolly Affirmative Mr. Doody updated the Board on a water meter issue on Kirby Drive. The discussion continued and more discussion revealed that it was a faulty meter. Motion was made that the Board approve $6800 from the Water and Sewer account for the reimbursement for the issue at Kirby Drive residence Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Ms. L. Lopez Affirmative Mr. C.
