Also Present: Charles 1. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary 
Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (lost property) if an open meeting may 
have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so 
declares; to conduct strategy in preparation for negotiations {Police Contract negotiations) if an open 
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the 
chair so declares; to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Beaver Meadows) if an open meeting 
may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so 
declares; to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (1860 Washington Street) if 
the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of 
the public body; to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate (47 Turtle Brook) if the 
chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the 
public body; to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate (Paul Revere Heritage Site) 
if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of 
the public body was called to order at 7:36PM 
There was a discussion regarding the language in the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 1860 
Washington St. More discussion was had. 
Motion was made by Mr. T.Theodore to allow the Town Administrator to sign the Purchase and Sale 
Agreement with Select Board approval, second by Mr. C. Connolly
