Also Present: Charles Doody, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Also 
present Jody Middleton, Human Resource ❑irector,Randy Scollins,F'inance Director 
Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation {AFSCME 
Negotiations) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position 
of the public body and the chair so declares; to discuss strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations 
with non -union personnel (information Systems Manager;MIS Staff) or to conduct collective bargaining 
sessions or contract negotiations with non union personnel was ca Iled to order at 6:40PM. The Chair 
informed the audience that this was the close of open session. 
Motion was made by Mr. T_ Theodore to move the recommendation of the Human Resource Director 
and Finance Director to contract through a vendor for support for the IT Department, seconded by Mr. 
C. Connolly 
Roll tali was taken and each answered in the affirmative
