Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (1860 Washington Street) if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body; to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (47 Turtle Brook) if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body was called to order at 6:55 PM There was a discussion regarding the options for the Town to purchase 47 Turtle Brook in order to keep it in the Affordable Housing inventory. The discussion continued. There was a discussion regarding 1860 Washington Street. The discussion continued regarding the Phase review, the history of the property and doing due diligence. The discussion continued.
