Select Board Executive Session Minutes March 1, 2022 Memorial Hail, Salah Meeting Room 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Present: Chair Michael C. Loughran I Vice Chair Lisa R. Lopez Clerk Thomas W. Theodore I Christopher J. Connolly I John J. Connolly Also Present: Charles I Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Mr. C. Connolly not in attendance Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (1860 Washington Street); to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (145 Sherman Street Easement) if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or bargaining position of the public body was called to order at 9:04 PM Mr. Aspinwall updated the Board and noted the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 1860 Washington Street was ready to be signed. There was a discussion. Motion was made by Mr. T. Theodore, directing the Town Administrator to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement, seconded by Ms. L. Lopez Roll call vote was taken Ms. L. Lopez Affirmative Mr. I Connolly Affirmative Mr. T. Theodore Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Motion was made to close and adjourn Executive Session at 9:16 PM, and return to open session for the purpose of adjourning the meeting
