TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD WEDNESDAY, June 21, 2023 MINUTES Present: Patricia McDermott, Chair David McCarthy, Vice Chair Kathy McCormack, Clerk Jim Quigley, Member Joseph Amrhein, Member Also Present: Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chair McDermott called to order the Planning Board Meeting of June 21, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Chair McDermott and seconded Ms. McCormack to open the public meeting of June 21, 2023. All in Favor, Motion Approved 5-0. Chair McDermott welcomed everyone to the Planning Board meeting. A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Ms. McCormack to open Item #1, McKendry Grove. Mr. Farrar introduced himself and explained that they are here for a Lot Release (for the final house) and he has also prepared Form I — Certificate of Release of Covenant. He was at the last meeting and the Tri-Party Agreement was accepted and signed by the Board. After the completion of the of the last house the HOA will be completed. Chair McDermott reminded Mr. Farrar that a "Private Way" need is required to be posted. A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Mr. McCarthy to accept the Certificate of Release of Covenant, and the road will be completed. All in favor, Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Mr. McCarthy that the Applicant place a "Private Way" sign above the street sign. All in favor, Motion Approved 5-o. A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Mr. McCarthy to Release the last lot to Mr. Yebba. All in favor, Motion Approved 5-0. Planning Board Minutes June 21, 2023 Page 1 of 4
