TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2021 6:30 P.M. MINUTES Present: David McCarthy, Chair Patricia McDermott, Vice Chair Kathy McCormack, Clerk Joseph Amrhein, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chair McCarthy called to order the Planning Board meeting of August 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Amrhein and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting of August 18, 2021. Roll call was taken of each member, Ms. McDermott, Ms. McCormack, Mr. Amrhein and Chair McCarthy. Motion Approved 4-0. Chair McCarthy explained the process of the meeting. Applicants will speak; Board Members; Mr. Houston; Ms. Smead; and audience members. Audience members should use the raise hand function and will be called on individually. Also, please keep yourself on mute to cut down on the background noise. A motion was made by Mr. Amrhein and seconded by Ms. McCormack to open Item #i, (Magnolia Way & Bazin Lane). Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0.
