TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 2021 6:30 P.M. Present: David McCarthy, Chair Patricia McDermott, Vice Chair Kathy McCormack, Clerk Robert E. Panico, Member Joseph Amrhein, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chair McCarthy called to order the Planning Board meeting of July 14, 2021 at 6:3o p.m. A motion was made by Ms. McCormack and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting of July 14, 2021. A roll call was taken of each member, Ms. McDermott, Ms. McCormack, Mr. Amrhein and Chairman McCarthy. Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Amrhein, to open Item #1, 915 Washington Street. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0 First Item on the Agenda (1) ov; WASHINGTON STREET (ANR) — Bradford & Diane Maxfield, Owners; R. Smith, Richard J. Hood, McKenzie Engineering Group; Robert K. Hopkins, Esq., Phillips & Angley. A continuance has been requested until our next meeting, August 18, 2021. A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Amrhein to continue this hearing until August 18, 2021. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Mr. Amrhein and seconded by Ms, McCormack to open Item #21, Magnolia/Bazin Street Acceptance.
