Update on Town Meeting outcomes
• Both Energy Aggregation and the proposed Housing Trust article passed at Town Meeting.
• Alan Rapoport/Bob MacDonald posed renaming/continuing to communicate the Municipal Housing Trust.
• Lisa Lopez posed citing the snack shack as part of a commitment to open space.
• Lisa Lopez/Emilio Mauro posed connecting progress on the Master Plan to recent developments/wins at town
meeting.
• Laura Smead confirmed that creating project pages for the Master Plan Implementation Committee, the Housing
Trust, and others will be important for good communication and transparency.

Discussion of Top Master Plan Priorities – Strategic Framework
• Laura Smead presented the Master Plan Action items as an Excel worksheet and as a shared Google Sheets
document. Both have the advantage of being able to be filtered and updated more easily than the Word
document.
• Laura added some columns related to implementation steps, progress/status, and barriers – as well as assigned
some draft liaisons to reach out to action item leads.
• Liaison posts assigned, the timeline is rolling but ideally done this summer.
• Mark changes in the document and notate in a different color or let Laura know if you need to receive and
provide the information in a different/more accessible format.

Proposed Next Steps
• Invite guest speakers to upcoming meetings, next meeting should be members of the Walk, Bike, and Hike
Committee (confirmed attendance via Jeff Sullivan).
• The next meeting is in person (meetings moving forward be in person after June 15th).
• Discussed Library, Armando Center, Town Hall on Tuesday nights.
• Next meeting will be held on July 6th at 7:00pm, location to be determined.
• Liaison homework next steps, talk with one lead and fill in some information items on the grids.
