WEDNESDAY, MAY 199 2021 Virtual /1 ' Present: David McCarthy, Chairman Patricia McDermott, Vice Chairman Robert E. Panico, Member Joseph Annhein, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman McCarthy called to order the Planning Board "Zoom" meeting of May 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Panico to open the public meeting of May 19, 2021. A roll call was taken of each member, Mr. Panico, Ms. McDermott, Mr. Amrllein and Chairman McCarthy. Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1, 25 Downes Avenue. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0 First Item on the Agenda (1) 2.9 DOWNES AVENUE (2o Upham Street) — ANR (Ryan & Tara Fenner, Owner; Eric Dias, Strongpoint Engineering; Attorney Richard R. Staiti) Attorney Staiti introduced himself as attorney for the Fenners, and Matt Holt from Strongpoint Engineering. The subject parcel at 25 Downes Ave (Map tot, Parcel 25) is being altered and additional land being conveyed to 20 Upham Street (Map 1o1, Parcel 91). Frontage and access to each lot remains unchanged. All lots meet the frontage and lot area requirements and have viable access on existing ways. A motion was made Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Panico to approve the ANR for 25 Downes Avenue/20 Upham Street, as presented. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #2, 719 Washington Street. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0
