First Item on the Agenda (1) Mariella Estates (Chuck Giacchetto) — Review & Discussion of a "Minor Modification" of a Definitive Subdivision Plan Chuck Giacchetto introduced himself and stated that he is a resident of Canton for twenty (20) years and lives at 65 Eagle Drive. He is one of the owners of the Canton Ice House and has Lot #4 in Mariella Estates under agreement. He has done some research and reviewed the ANR Handbook. He wants to build a house on this lot and is looking for guidance to solve the problem of changing this lot to buildable. The plans state "unbuildable" but they have already gone before the Zoning Board of Appeals and obtained a variance. He spo _ze with Norwood Engineering about creating a new set of plans and removing the wording "unbuildable", but in order to deem this lot buildable, the Planning Board must determ ne that this a Minor Modification of the Approved Subdivision.
