First Item on the Agenda (1) 738 &'784 Turnpike Street (ANR Plan) (Considine Development Co., LLC) (Paul Schneider, Attorney) Attorney Paul Schneiders introduced himself as representative for the daycare center on Turnpike Street, along with Engineer, Fred Geisel. Attorney Schneider explained that in February, they received a Zoning Board decision allowing this slight alteration to the original site plan. The reason for the eleven (u') foot land swap is to accommodate the Fire Code which requires a to foot clearance in the rear for the fire trucks, so the rear lot line has to be slightly altered. As shown on the plan, the Day Care parcel will receive from an abutter an 84 sq. ft. parcel in the rear (Parcel 3) and convey to the abutter a 73 sq. ft. parcel on the southerly side (Parcel 4) for a net gain to the Day Care of li sq. ft.
