Under Improvements to Road "B", v hich is located at the intersections of Industrial Drive, and providing the neighbor was in agreement (since part of it is on their property); there is a catch basin arrangement. Th y usually avoid this in roadway construction. They are substituting a drain manhole, furtaer upstream on the neighbor's property, and replacing a new catch basin with a 4' sump and hood. They also discovered that at the intersection of Road "B" and Industrial Drive there was a major gas main, so they went further upstream about 49 feet and added an additional manhole to avoid the gas line.
