Chairman Scu ly called to order the Planning Board "Zoom" meeting of July 15, 
2O2o at 7:00 P.m. 
A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public 
meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A roll call was taken of each member, Mr. Panico, Ms. 
McDermott, Ms. McCormack, and Chairman Scully, all present. 
A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1. 
Motion Approved 5-0. 
First Item on the Agenda (i) Scenic Wally -Law Request/Determination (I own 
of Canton) — removal of four trees, within the sight line of a designated Scenic Way, loc. {ted 
on Town of Canton property, at the corner of Pleasant Street and Angela Drive, across f om 
Sherman Street. 
Billy Walsh of the Public Works Department introduced himself and explained that thea are 
designing a traffic light at this intersection since the site line impedes the intersection unless 
you pull completely out of the street. 
Mr. Panico explained that this needs to be done and is an overdue project. 
A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Ms. McCormack to Approve tie 
Scenic Way By -Law Request/Determination for the removal of four (4) trees at the 
intersection at the corner of Pleasant Street and Angela Drive, across from Sherman Street. 
Motion Approved 5-0. Roll Call taken and all in favor.
