Motion Approved 5-0. A roll call was taken of each member, Mr. Panto, Ms. McDermott, Ms. McCormack, and Chairman Scully, all present. A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #i. Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda (i) Stillwater Estates Subdivision - Minor Modifications (Water main connectionsleasement, entry sign) (Paul Brodme,kle, Site Design Professionals; Keith Curran, Sr. Land Development Manager, Toll Brothers Shawn Nuckolls, Sr. Vice President, Toll Brothers). Mr. Brodmerkle introduced Keith Curran, Senior Land Development Manager for Toll Brothers and Shawn Nuckolls, Senior Vice President for Toll Brothers. Mr. Brodmerkle explained that Toll Brothers has obtained a Water Connection Permit for a few minor revisions from the water consultant who has run an analysis. There are three (3) basic changes:
