First Item on the Agenda (1) 1183 WASHINGTON STREET (Cardinal's Crossing/Larkin Ct.) — Subdivision Minor Modification (Steve Larkin, Owner; Richard Staiti, Attorney; Norwood Engineering, Site Plans) Chairman Scully explained that he wasn't sure if this application falls under our purview. This falls within the actual lot of the property and he is not sure if it is necessary for the Applicant to be before the Planning Board. Attorney Staiti stated that was his feeling exactly. Conservation approved this and all the permits are up-to-date. He felt that since the Building Inspector suggested that he seek approval from the Planning Board he should come here. All stormwater has been approved and is just coming to the Planning Board for approval at the suggestion of the Building Inspector.
