Porter I Member Christopher J. Connolly i Member Lisa R. Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting called to order at: 5:30 PM. Vice-Chair Loughran noted that Chair John Connolly was not in attendance. Public Hearing regarding the application for a Class II Auto Dealer's License for XL Automotive dba American XL Automotive, 239 Turnpike Street, Canton, MA Clerk reads Public Notice into Public Record. Motion was made by Mr. Porter to open the hearing, seconded by Mr. C. Connolly Roll Call was taken, vote 4-0 Ms. L. Lopez Affirmative Mr. C. Connolly Affirmative Mr. M. Porter Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Applicant Periandro Veiga was in attendance and he noted he is purchasing an auto repair shop, with about 3-4 employees. There was a brief discussion and it was noted all the paperwork is in order. Motion was made by Mr. Porter to close the hearing, seconded by Mr, C. Connolly Roll Call was taken, vote 4-0 Ms. L.
