Porter I Michael C. Loughran Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator; Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM. Verizon Utility Petition-Bolivar Street Pool project Motion was made that the Board approve the Petition from Verizon New England and NSTAR Electric plan dated 4-9-2020 to place one (1) jointly owned pole, P.4/21-A, on the northerly side of Bolivar Street at a point approximately 30' westerly from existing pole #4/22 ,Selectmen Porter seconded. Roll Call was taken, vote 5-0 Selectmen Loughran Affirmative Selectmen J. Connolly Affirmative Selectmen C. Connolly Affirmative Selectmen M. Porter Affirmative Selectmen T. Theodore Affirmative Motion was made that the Board approve the License and easement subject to town meeting approval for Verizon and remove one (1) Pole, P.4/22-1X at the Bolivar Pool property Selectmen Porter seconded. Roll Call was taken, vote 5-0 Selectmen Loughran Affirmative Selectmen J. Connolly Affirmative Selectmen C. Connolly Affirmative Selectmen M. Porter Affirmative Selectmen T. Theodore Affirmative Phia Group-Introduction and discussion of STA Special Tax Assessment Agreement Gene Manning appeared before the Board and introduced Joe Montaldo CFO from Phia Group, a new company moving to 40 Pequot Way, Canton. Mr. Manning approached the Board of Assessors and asked for a one year Special TaY Assessment of 30% of the building valuation, valued at approximately $58,000. They are leasing the building, not purchasing. The request was this matter will appear at Annual Town Meeting. No vote was taken. Bond Issue Bid Award Motion was made, the Clerk of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Canton, Massachusetts (the "Town"), certify that at a meeting of the board held May 12, 2020, of which meeting all members of the board were duly notified and at which a quorum was present, the following votes
