Connolly ~ Clerk Thomas W. Theodore I Mark J. Porter I Michael C. Loughran Also Present: Charles 1. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting was called to order at 5:36 PM. Selectmen John Connolly asked for a moment of silence for Mr. Steve Stoller who was a member of the School Committee, Herbie Silverman, who was a Council of Aging Bus Driver for over 30 years and Bill Cohen, owner of WD Cohen in Canton and who was very active in Little League, Reservoir Pond. Verizon New England and NSTAR Electric d/b/a/ Eversource petition proposes to relocate three poles on Dedham Street. Clerk read the notice into Public Record. Motion was made to open the Public Hearing. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. M. Porter Vote: S-0 Motion was made to close the Public Nearing. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. M. Porter Vote: 5-0 Motion was made that the Board approve the petition from Verizon New England and NSTAR Electric d/b/a/ Eversource, subject to the Engineering Department comments regarding ADA issues, to relocate three (3) JO pole, P.73, P.75, P.76 and placement of one (1) new JO Pole, P.75A and anchors on the easterly and westerly side of Dedham Street. This pole relocation and placement is necessary as part of the MassDot road reconstruction of Dedham Street. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. M. Porter Vote: 5-0 Verizon New England Inc. petition proposes to place conduits and manholes on Dedham Street Clerk read the notice into Public Record.
