Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM Short Term Borrowings Mr. Jim Murgia appeared before the Board asking the Board to approve $2.5 Million for two projects, the Kennedy School modular classrooms and the Sullivan Water Treatment water line. Motion was made to approve a short term loan in the amount of $2,500,000.00, date of issue May 22, 2019 and to execute the Municipal Purpose Loan document, the Town Treasurer Record and the Certificate and Covenant as to tax-exempt status of notes/non-arbitrage Certificate. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve utilities amounts and rental amounts for the Prynne Hills Development Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: S-0 Motion was made to approve the use of mitigation funds for appraisals far Gridley School and former Peter True property Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve the license for Renewal of Second Hand Jewelry and Electronics license for Kramer and Co., Inc., 785 Washington Street, Canton. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. C. Connolly Motion was made to approve the job description for the Director of Finance Vote: 5-0 Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0
