BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES JANUARY 27, 2003 MEMORIAL HALL SALAH MEETING ROOM PRESENT: John J. Connolly, Chairman; Victor D. Del Vecchio, Vice-Chairman; Avril T. E1kort, Clerk; William T. Friel, Town Executive Secretary, and Christina Carlton, Secretary. Chairman Connolly called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m. Mr. Del Vecchio noted that Mr. Banos and Mr. Schneiders made a presentation to the Field Study Committee about two weeks ago. The FSC created a smaller subcommittee, which met and discussed some of the possible revisions that they might like to see in the zoning language. Mr. Del Vecchio negotiated with Mr. Banos and Mr. Schneiders and believes that the resulting agreement represents a good compromise with respect to the zoning language. Mr. Del Vecchio feels that this represents a fair proposal and one he recommends that the Soard adopts and enters into. This agreement is subject to Zoning Board approval. Mr. Schneiders thanked Mr. Del Vecchio for his involvement and support. Field Study Committee will meet at 6:30 for their input.
