The Board of Selectmen will consider reasonable rules and regulations. The Planning Board will meet on March 6 to hold a discussion on how to regulate short term rentals. The Board raised questions about short term rentals as it relates to the Office of Public Health and its work. Violations would be handled by the Board of Selectmen. Upon a motion from Dr. Goodman, seconded by Dr. Rapaport, the Board voted to support the proposed regulation to change the by-law to address short term rentals if approved by the Board of Selectmen.
