Pando, Chairman John R. McCourt Charles J. Armando, Alternate Also Present: Amanda Smith, Recording Secretary Not Present: Paul B. Carroll Meeting Held in the Salah Hearing Room, 2nd floor, 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Acting Chairman Pando opened the meeting at 7:00 pm and reads the agenda. Chairman Pando announces that John R. McCourt has had his appointment changed from an alternate member to a full-time member by the Board of Selectman. Sunrise Erectors In./Florence Electric, LLC/Kaydon Realty, LLC/ 290 Pine Street - Condominium Trust/Pine Street Trinity, LLC -290-2 Pine Street— 39 -18 -MOD -SPA - SP -V Chairman Pando opens the hearing and reads a request for an extension to April 11, 2019. Attorney Paul Schneiders gives some background information on the petition. The property is owned 50/50 between two condo owners. Both owners have an attorney and they are trying to work out the outside storage issue. Chairman Pando asks if anyone in the hall has issues with the petition. No one has an issue. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of Sunrise Erectors, Inc/Florence Electric/ 290 Pine Street Condominium Trust and Pine Street Trinity, LLC to grant an extension to April 11, 2019.Mr. Charles Armando seconds. Vote 3-0 approve Suman Patel/Mary Jo Guerreiro-433 Neponset Street — 50 -18 -ENCU -SPA -SP -V Chairman Pando opens the hearing and reads the petition. Chairman Pando also mentions the Board has a certified list of Abutters from the Town of Canton Board of Assessors. Attorney Paul Schneiders introduces Joseph Guerreiro and Mr. Robert Patel. He explains that he gave copies of a plan that was approved in 2006. He also has copies of the decision the Board granted in 2006. He explains that the Board granted a decision and gave some background on the property. Mr. Schneiders asks that the Board re -instate the Board's original decision. He then has Mr. Guerriero explain what has happened over the last 13 years. He was involved in a serious accident and was unable to finish the project. He explains several difficulties he encountered while trying to complete the project.
