Porter (Vice Chairman Christopher J. Connolly ~ Clerk Thomas W. Theodore I John J. Connolly Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Meeting was called to order at 5:23 PM. Mr. Chris Connolly, acting Chairman, noted that Mr. Mark Porter was not in attendance. Public Hearing regarding application for the transfer of an All Alcohol Package Store License from Tri- Town Discount Liquors, LLC to Tri-Town Spirits Corp, along with pledge of license to Rockland Trust Company in the first position, pledge of inventory to Tri-Town Discount Discount Liquors in the first position and pledge of license to Tri-Town Discount Liquors in the second position. Mr. Theodore read the notice into the public record. Motion was made to open the hearing. Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. J. Connolly Vote: 3-0 Attorney Matthew Porter appeared before the Board with his client John Paul Sidau, requesting a transfer of an all alcoholic package store license. Motion was made to close the hearing Motion: Mr. T. Theodore Second: Mr. J. Connolly Vote: 3-0 Motion was made to approve the transfer of an all-alcoholic package store license from Tri-Town Discount Liquors, LLC to Tri-Town Spirits, Corp with a pledge of license to Rockland Trust Company in the first position and a pledge of license to Tri-Town Discount Liquors in the second position.
