PRESENT: John R. McCourt, Alternate 
Also Present: Amanda Smith, Recording Secretary 
Meeting Held in the Salah Hearing Room, 2nd floor, 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA 
Board Member John McCourt announces that Acting Chairman Pando is ill, so 
unfortunately tonight's scheduled meeting cannot be held. All hearings scheduled for 
January 24, 2019 will be rescheduled to a special meeting next Thursday, January 31, 
2019. He apologizes for the inconvenience.
