Minutes of the meeting of February 7, 2019 
PRESENT: Gregory L. Pando, Vice Chairman 
Meeting Held in the Salah Hearing Room, 2nd floor, 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA 
Acting Chairman Pando announces that due to circumstances beyond his control, the 
Board is unable to have a quorum for tonight's meeting. All scheduled meetings and 
continuations for February 7, 2019 will be moved to the scheduled March 21, 2019 
meeting (actual date February 21, 2019). He reads the schedule and reiterates that these 
hearings will be moved to March 21, 2019. He apologizes and states he will see everyone 
on March 21, 2019.
