Chairman Pando reads the letter for the record. Chairman Pando states the attorney originally requested a continuance to February 7, 2019 but there is a conflict with one of the Board members. The Board will reach out at a later date to deal with the conflict. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of Armando Petruzziello/Robert M. Mason, Trustee of the Bay States Realty located at 225 Turnpike Street to grant a continuance to February 7, 2019. Mr. Armando seconds. In the original hearing the petitioner was missing one dimension on the plot plan from the land surveyor. It was the only outstanding item. Chairman Pando explains this is for the construction of a two -car garage with a master suite above. Mr. Morle confirms that is correct. Chairman Pando states the setback dimension that was missing is 24.7'. The Board can give relief to 24.5' so there is a little wiggle room. The side setback is 11.8' so they can give relief to 11.5'. Chairman Pando states he would like to point out that Mr. Armando did not originally sit on this case but Mr. Vinciguerra could not be at the hearing this evening. Mr. Armando did familiarize himself with the hearing and he has signed the certification per Massachusetts General Law. Chairman Pando asks if Mr. Armando has any questions. No. Mr. McCourt has no comments. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of Christopher & Casey Morle located at 75 Kenney Street to grant a Special Permit based on Section 5.5.4 of the Town of Canton
