Porter, Vice Chairman Christopher J. Connolly, Clerk Kevin T. Feeney, Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator,lennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary, and Jody Middleton, Human Resources Director. Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to Collective Bargaining (Fire Union, AEA) and contract negotiation with non-union personnel (Town Accountant, Town Engineer, Assistant Town Engineer, Finance Director, Deputy Fire Chief, Information Service Manager, Information System Network Coordinator, Human Resource Director, Library Director, Superintendent Public Works, Town Administrator, Town Planner) and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Reservoir Pond Dam) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body was called to order at 8:30 p.m. Mr. Aspinwall reviewed the individual requests of the non-union personnel (Town Accountant, Town Engineer, Assistant Town Engineer, Finance Director, Deputy Fire Chief, Information Service Manager, Information System Network Coordinator, Human Resource Director, Library Director, Superintendent Public Works, Town Administrator, Town Planner) with the Board of Selectmen. There was a brief discussion regarding the requests and the counter offers to be made.
