Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining (AEA and IAFF Unions) and litigation (Canton Holdings) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and litigating position of the public body and to discuss complaints or charges against Town employees was called to order at 9:00 p.m. Dan Brown. Labor Counsel and Jody Middleton, Human Resources Director, joined executive session. There was a brief discussion concerning employee James DeBaggis. Motion to authorize Mr. Aspinwall to execute the agreement between employee lames DeBaggis and the Town of Canton.
